These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the purchase of all digital services provided by GMB ADVERT LLC through the website https://www.gmbadvert.com. By placing an order for our services, you unreservedly accept these Terms and Conditions.

We provide the following digital marketing and web development services:

• Website Creation: Includes custom design, technical development, and online publishing. Revisions are strictly limited to five (5) per project.

• SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Search engine results are not guaranteed due to external algorithm factors. Detailed monthly performance reports are provided.

• Digital Marketing: Customized advertising campaigns tailored to your business needs. Results depend on budget allocation and the deployed strategy.

• Google Business Profile Optimization: Performed according to industry best practices, without guarantee of specific local ranking placement.Detailed specifications for each service are available on the website prior to placing an order.

• An order is officially validated once full payment has been successfully processed.

• An automated email confirmation containing a summary of your order will be sent to the email address provided.

Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes (VAT) where required.

Payment Security & Invoicing:

We are committed to delivering high-quality professional services. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue increases, traffic volume, or fixed search engine rankings.

Limitation of Liability: In cases of non-conformity of the provided service, our maximum financial liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the order.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation governing digital services, the right of withdrawal applies within 10 days from the date of the order, provided the execution of the service has not yet started.

Once performance of the service has begun with your explicit consent, you formally waive your right of withdrawal.

All intellectual property rights associated with the deliverables remain the exclusive property of GMB ADVERT LLC until full payment for the service is received. Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for personal or professional use. Reselling or redistributing these deliverables is strictly prohibited.

All personal and confidential information shared with us will be processed in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy.

Termination Terms:

• By the Client: You may terminate the contract at any time by sending a written notice to contacts@gmbadvert.com. Termination takes effect upon receipt of the notice.

• By GMB ADVERT LLC: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in the event of non-payment or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

• In cases of documented service non-conformity, a partial or full refund up to the order value may be issued following a case-by-case review.

• No refunds will be granted for services that have already been fully rendered or partially delivered in accordance with project milestones.

GMB ADVERT LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations if such failure arises from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, cyberattacks, or third-party infrastructure outages.

While we strive for excellence in service delivery, we cannot be held liable for indirect losses, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from the use of or inability to use our services, except in cases of proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website.

Any dispute or claim relating to the interpretation, execution, or breach of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
