1. Right of Withdrawal (Prior to Service Execution)

In accordance with applicable digital services legislation, you have a period of 10 calendar days from the date of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a full refund, only if performance of the service has not yet commenced.

2. In-Progress or Fully Rendered Services

Due to the intangible and customized nature of our IT and digital marketing services:

Services Started: Once work has begun with your consent (initial analysis, server setup, copywriting, design, etc.), you expressly waive your right of withdrawal. No refund will be granted for partially rendered services.
Services Completed: No refunds are available for services that have already been fully delivered.

3. Cases of Major Non-Conformity

If you believe that the final deliverable does not comply with the specifications validated at the time of order (excluding external performance metrics described in Section 4):

You must submit a detailed written claim to contacts@gmbadvert.com within a maximum of 7 days following delivery.
A joint assessment of the situation will be conducted by our technical team.
In the event of proven non-conformity that cannot be corrected through our revision process (limited to 5 revisions per project for website creation), a partial or full refund may be issued at our sole discretion.

Limitation of Financial Liability: In any event, the liability of GMB ADVERT LLC and the total refund amount are strictly limited to the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

4. No Guarantee of Results (SEO & Marketing)

As stipulated in our Terms and Conditions of Sale, search engine rankings (SEO), website traffic volume, Google Business Profile optimization, and return on investment (ROI) from advertising campaigns depend on third-party factors and external algorithms (such as Google).

Consequently, the absence of specific business results or exact ranking placements does not constitute valid grounds for a refund.

5. Refund Procedure

When a refund request is approved by our support team:

It will be credited directly to the original payment method (Credit Card or Bank Transfer) used during purchase.
Processing time typically takes between 5 and 10 business days, depending on banking networks and our payment processing provider.

Merchant of Record Notice: Our checkout and order processes may be facilitated by an authorized online reseller. When applicable, the reseller acts as the official Merchant of Record for orders, handles payment-related customer service, and manages refund transactions.
